The Active Generation System

We leverage our 4 tenets into "The Active Generation Systems", a.k.a, "TAGS".

​

We find that many people who make a physical transformation tend to regress and sometimes even get into worse shape than when they a started.  This made us question...why?

 

 

The most common reasons we found were:

 

  1. People tend to jump into the "deep-end without know how to swim"

  2. People make a "quick fix" but never address their real problems

  3. Coaches and fitness programs are eager to help people make physical transformations to market 'before + after' pictures with no intention to help people sustain their progress.

This is why we came up with TAGS, to help people make lifestyle transformations.  These type of transformations help the individual make physical transformations with the goal to sustain their progress and learn how to maintain and continue making progress.

TAGS has 5 phases:

PHASE 1 - "Basecamp"

We prepare the individual physically and mentally to best position them to effect change

Mentally Primed: Challenge self-beliefs and self-image

We transform via fitness, nutrition, accountability, and community.

Habitual Brilliance: Learn to make success a habit

Mental Fortitude: Develop Stronger Self-Belief and Self Image

Equipped Coach: Each coach is equipped with our system so they can have access to metrics to properly track clients progress and struggles so we know what our clients need

Team: Plug into a community of people and lean on a collective mind of experiences and wisdom

We take our transformation and learn how to sustain it for a lifetime.
